1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using DocsDoc ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DocsDoc provides AI-powered self-healing documentation services. It monitors your code repositories and automatically generates or updates documentation to match your code changes.
3. Accounts and GitHub Access
To use the Service, you must create an account and grant DocsDoc access to your GitHub repositories via our GitHub App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
- Billing: Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis via Stripe.
- Usage Limits: Each tier has specific limits on the number of active repository pairs, repository initializations, and files processed per month. If you exceed these limits, your service may be temporarily paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
- Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: We offer a 7-day free trial. Refunds after the trial period are granted at our discretion.
- Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing upon notice.
5. Acceptable Use and Subprocessors
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You acknowledge that the Service utilizes third-party subprocessors, including Vercel (Hosting), Upstash (Data & Background Processing), and Google (AI Processing), to provide the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your code and the documentation generated by the Service. DocsDoc retains all rights to its software, platform, and brand.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The AI-generated documentation should be reviewed for accuracy.
